This website provides general information about Vordex Global dispatch support services. Information may change without notice and is not a guarantee of freight availability, rates, revenue or operating results.

Carrier responsibility

Carriers remain solely responsible for operating authority, safety compliance, insurance, equipment condition, driver qualification, hours-of-service compliance, cargo securement and all legal obligations of a motor carrier.

No forced dispatch

Loads are presented for carrier approval. The carrier decides whether to accept a load before booking. After a load is booked, the carrier remains responsible for performing the transportation service according to the rate confirmation and applicable law.

Service agreement

Actual dispatch services are governed by a separate written service agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for the covered service.

No guarantee

Vordex Global does not guarantee specific rates, weekly gross revenue, lane availability, broker payment or detention recovery.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, website use is at your own risk. Vordex Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on website information.
